The Chicago Low-Income Housing Trust Fund is dedicated to providing financial assistance to meet the housing needs of Chicago’s poorest residents. To this end, the Trust Fund operates two key programs:

• Rental Subsidy Program
• Multi-year Affordability through Upfront Investment (MAUI)
